Shaban Al Dalou

Shaban was a 19 year old software engineering student. In a video he describes his family & their living conditions in a tent at Al Aqsa hospital; the same hospital Israel burned him alive in yesterday.

His name was Sha'ban Al-Dalou.

A 19-year-old software engineering student at Al-Azhar University of Gaza and a memoriser of the Quran.

He was burnt alive in a tent after Israel bombed Al-Aqsa Hospital last night.

Hello from the tent where we reside. My name is Shaban Al-Dalou. I’m 19 years old student studying software engineering. In this barbaric starvation war we have displaced five times so far. Now we are in Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al Bala Gaza. I’m taking care of my family through all of this. I have two sisters and two little brothers and my parents. We live in a very hard circumstances, suffering from various things, such as homelessness and limited food and extremely limited medicine, and the only things between us and the freezing temperature is this tent that we constructed by ourselves. I made this campaign to start a new life in Egypt and evacuate. 

During the war on Gaza, he appealed to the world to get out of Gaza for treatment, as he suffers from hepatitis, but no one responded. He had goals that he wanted to achieve, he excelled in his studies, and specialized in computer engineering.

He ascended with his mother, Alaa Al-Dalo, who was proud of him as he had memorized the Book of God, sheltering his family of 6 people with all his strength in the absence of the necessities of life.

Shaaban documented scenes of burning tents in Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital several times. This is not the first time that the enemy has targeted tents inside the hospital walls, and Shaaban did not know that he would be the “news” this time.
